Paradise City Arts Illustrated Program Ad
Commissioned PCA Ad for their Spring 2025 Catalog to Save the Date for upcoming festivals. PCA wanted to create an ad that was celebratory, with a focus on music, art, and families. Design was painted with gouache on watercolor paper.
Paradise City Arts Bubbles Bar Handpainted Sign
Sign design and implementation for the Bubbles Bar, which sold mimosas to attending patrons of the festival. Initial design was created digitally on Procreate, then projected and painted on to plywood with arcylic paint.
PCA Activities Station, October 2025: Including Cardboard City and Three Community Murals
Several arts and crafts projects were offered in October 2025. Largely, we focused on creating three community murals (one for each day of the festival, with a focus on the natural world), and painting a Cardboard City. The city was built onsite one day before the festival with recycled cardboard products and hot glue. It encouraged younger artists to use tempera paint and work on varying height levels, textures, and imagination. Coloring pages were available throughout the festival, along with various mediums for collaging, drawing, mixed media work, and weaving with yarn. Any project and activity was available to the patrons of the festival.
Hand Drawn Coloring Pages for Craft Activities
Initial designs were hand drawn with ink, scanned and vectorized in illustrator. These are always available for patrons as a secondary activity. Colored pencils, crayons, and markers are provided throughout the festival for this project.
PCA Activities Station, May 2025: Including Bead Crafts and Color Pages
A few arts and crafts projects were offered in May 2025. We focused on creating beaded mobiles, though the project was free to interpretation and often children and teens created lanyards, bracelets, and necklaces. Coloring pages were available throughout the festival, along with various mediums for collaging, drawing, and mixed media work. Visiting patrons were encouraged to draw on the craft-paper-covered tables.
